What happened: A technical issue with our email service provider temporarily impacted outbound and inbound messages (limited to only clients using mail.manatal.com).
As a result, some customers might have experienced: - Inability to send, sync, and receive emails processed via mail.manatal.com (no impact on customers using Outlook Mail and Gmail integration) - Failure to create candidates via Job Board Connect emails
Resolution A fix was applied with our provider and verified by Manatal Engineering team at 16:49 UTC on June 24, 2025. Email traffic is now processing as expected. No further disruptions have been experienced since the resolution.
