This incident has been resolved. Our platform has been fully stable since mitigation measures were implemented, and AWS services have largely recovered. We confirm that all Manatal systems are operational, and no data loss or further impact has been identified. Our customer teams have confirmed the resolution for this issue.

Update

Our platform continues to operate normally, all core services continue to be operational, and all features remain functional. AWS has confirmed that the underlying issue has been fully mitigated, but their affected services are still recovering. Also we have observed no further disruptions on our end.

We will maintain enhanced monitoring until AWS confirms full recovery, and will post an update as soon as more information becomes available.

Our platform remains fully operational and all core services continue to function normally. While AWS has not yet fully restored their affected services, our internal mitigation measures remain effective, and no further impact has been observed.

While the AWS outage is still ongoing, our Engineering team has successfully implemented internal mitigation measures to restore functionality on our Manatal platform. All core services are now operational, and users should be able to access the platform as normal.

We will continue to monitor system performance and AWS recovery progress closely to ensure stability (https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status). We will continue to share updates, including the estimated time of resolution, as soon as more information is available.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing an outage affecting access to the Manatal platform. This disruption is due to an ongoing AWS outage impacting our infrastructure (https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status).

Users may be unable to log in or access the Manatal application at this time. Our Engineering team is actively working with AWS to restore services as quickly as possible.
